Boat with a blue hull bottom at Detail Addict

DETAIL ADDICT / ARMUS HULL PRO

Armus Bottom Coatings

Clear bottom protection. A smoother finish. Care planned around your time on the water.

Clear protection below the waterline

A smooth finish.
A smarter care routine.

Armus Hull Pro is a clear, two-part epoxy coating for properly prepared gelcoat and metal hull surfaces. It forms a hard, smooth barrier while keeping the hull’s existing color visible.

  • Smooth finish designed to reduce drag.
  • Fouling-release surface that supports easier cleaning.
  • Biocide-free, non-sacrificial coating.

Performance varies with the vessel, conditions and maintenance.

Made for your boating routine

Florida water.
Practical expectations.

Saltwater and brackish conditions require regular cleaning. Hull Pro is a fouling-release coating, not antifouling paint. Lift- and trailer-kept boats are especially worth discussing; boats that stay in the water need a realistic maintenance plan.

Tell Detail Addict where your boat lives and how often you use it. We’ll help assess the project before recommending a coating.

Preparation makes the difference

Attention to every surface.

Your project starts with a conversation about hull condition, existing finishes and access. We plan preparation and application around the boat, then explain the care it will need after the work is complete.

Before you book

What boat owners should know.

Will my boat still need bottom cleaning?

Yes. Cleaning remains necessary, especially in saltwater. Frequency depends on local growth, storage and use.

Can it cover existing bottom paint?

Existing finishes and substrate condition need assessment before a coating system is selected. Send photos so we can discuss preparation.

How much will my project cost?

Request a quote based on boat size, hull condition and required preparation. Product kit prices do not represent the installed service price.
